Our Development team are constantly in contact with the customer through out the implementation and project sections of the work. This means that the customer doesn't have to talk to a middle man, but the person who is normally designing the document or work for them. The reason we do this, is so the customer gets exactly what they want from the work, and the developer can design every little part exactly how the customer wants or needs this to be.
